李启磊，人工智能与教育新形态实验室、人工智能教育学部副研究员，硕士生导师，入选国家海外人才引进计划（博士后专项）、湖北省高层次人才工程、湖北省尖端博士后人才引进计划，刘三女牙教授国家级高层次人才团队成员。主持湖北省自然科学基金面上项目、博士后基金面上项目。英国伦敦玛丽女王大学计算机科学专业博士、博士后，期间主持和参与多项跨国科研项目。主要研究方向为面向教育场景的人工智能教育大模型，发表论文90余篇，合计被引约1400余次，研究成果多次入选ESI高被引。担任欧洲人工智能实验室ELLIS博士项目评审专家，担任Expert Systems期刊（SCI检索）副主编，International Journal of Interactive Multimedia and Artificial Intelligence期刊（SCI检索）副主编，担任50余期刊和会议审稿人。

研究工作聚焦于人工智能与教育的深度融合，围绕多模态大模型、隐私感知的分布式学习以及异构环境下的领域不变知识表征等方向，系统开展了基础理论与应用研究。针对教育场景中数据模态多样、隐私约束严格及分布差异显著等挑战，构建了多模态语义建模与动态融合框架，提出了隐私保护的协同学习机制与跨域知识迁移方法，提升了模型在开放环境下的泛化性与可信性。研究成果为实现教育内容的智能理解、学习过程的个性化支持以及教育系统的安全可信提供了关键技术支撑，对推动教育人工智能的可持续发展具有重要的理论意义与应用价值。
